NNPfc= NNPmp - NIT (Net Indirect Taxes)----> NIT= (Indirect Tax- Subsidies)
As per this, NNPfc will be equal to NNPmp in a situation where the NIT is equal to zero. NIT would be zero when IT= subsidies. If this condition is met, then NNPfc will be equal to NNPmp
