no then object is moving with constant speed there is no acceleration be held because When F= 0 Then A=0 also

Yes an object can accelerate with constant speed only if it is in uniform circular motion. Cause velocity depends both on direction and speed so in uniform circular motion velocity changes every second due to the fact it's direction changes every second or for a very small period is time.
