Over excitement can prove to be a problem in transmitting messages effectively as in this situation sometimes we have no control over our emotions and we did things that create problems. For example You know that your uncle is coming from abroad and he is outside the door of your house and you know he is going to bring some gift which he promised to bring and you are overexcited about it and in that over-excitement you run so fast towards the door to open it and you get fall on the floor suddenly and end up getting hurt yourself with a injury. So, excitement is good, but over-excitement can create trouble .
