qualitatively you can , But quantitatively you cant
, for example in gas more the partial pressure more will be the concentration of that gas in the solution .
P = CRT where C is the concentration .
but if you want to co relate the values or while checking the graph increasing or decreasing curve you can use any as both are proportional to each other .
