Answer:

The foundation of Positive thinking starts when a child tries to learn the meaning of exploring new things and opens up his brain and thoughts but i can say positivity comes with confidence , self appreciation , vision in which you are able to see only goodness in people and world so a person has to adapt by this thinking that to never panic at worst times a person can become positive by understanding the consequences and conditions of daily life.

And no one is born positive it is their thinking that becomes positive by time as when they start believing in positivity and good vibes that affects their personality and aura.

Answer:

Positivity is choosing to see the bright side of life. It is recognizing that struggle and pain are not all that’s there, even if they’re all we can see in a certain moment. It is seeing the good in people, even when we have to search (really, really hard) for it. And it is about trusting ourselves. I guess it all comes down to this: even with pain, sorrow, and evil, there is always good, and that, friends, is what we should focus our energy on.
