Answer:
We can change all tenses into passive voice, but according to English grammar we can not change the following (4) tenses into passive voice;
1) Future Continuous Tense.
e.g. I shall be eating a mango.
2) Present Perfect Continuous Tense.
e.g. I have been eating a mango.
3) Past Perfect Continuous Tense.
e.g. I had been eating a mango.
4) Future Perfect Continuous Tense.
e.g. I shall have been eating a mango.
