No a pH cannot be negative..
A pH has values ranging from 0-14 and hence are divided into three acidic basic or neutral
pH from 0-6 comes under acidic
pH 7 is neutral
pH from 8-14 comes under basic

pH scale ranges from 0 to 14 based on this scale we can determine the acidity or basicity of the aqueous solution . The solution with pH value less than 7 are acidic ahile value greater than 7 are basic. Water is neutral with pH value 7
