First of all, physics is science. I’m not sure what some of science’s difficulties are or exactly what you mean. But, physics has certainly made a difference in the lives of people and answered a lot of questions.

Physics has made the Global Positioning System (GPS) possible. The findings of physics are responsible for almost anything electrical, from generation to electric motors used in industry and homes, cars, aircraft and other things too many to mention.

Much of computer hardware resulted from the findings of physics. Your computer would hardly be possible had not the principles been figure

Of course!

A real time example of physics helping human science at this very moment, amid the outbreak, is given if you follow the link in the footnotes.

But in short, X-ray crystallography is helping find the structure of various biological molecules.

Moreover, the phenomenon of quantum tunneling may help explain some aspects of photosynthesis in plant leaves (Check out Scienphile the AI’s videos on YouTube to know more).

It may also help explain genetic mutations.

In a lot of other areas, the line between physics and other science disciplines is blurred and it is quite hard to point out which science actually contributed to the solution/discovery, like calorimetry which measured the quantity of heat in a body could belong to both physics and chemistry.

In general, physics is responsible for us having anything really, as are all the other sciences. Modern Electricity for example, couldn't have been what it is without the application of physics(generation via ac generators and actual transmission to our homes), chemistry(in our cells or batteries), and innumerable other disciplines.

Hope that helped, thanks for reading!
