Can plants extract nutrients directly from animal or human wastes? Explain your answer.​

Dear Student, Animal or human waste first gets mixed into the soil and changes into the manure from where plants get nutrients like nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus. Plants cannot extract this nutrients by themselves because waste first needs to be decomposed by the microbes.
