Nope, because the reaction of formation of glucose only takes place when the photons land on chlorophyll molecules IN PRESENCE OF SUNLIGHT. Sunlight is the energy source for the reaction of photosynthesis...

yes a plant can also use the artificial source of light like tubelight to prepare it's food. As photosynthesis need light not always sunlight. It has many example like money plant and bonzai
