Yes, political parties can create awareness among people and being them closer,as if they will stop doing propoganda and start spreading positive attitude and thoughts for everyone then they can bring them close. As you know that India is a diverse country everyone thinks that their city/state is superior and others inferior so by political parties this hate can be removed permanently.
