Yes , when the sum ( resultant) of any two of them is equal and opposite to the third one.
That is if (a + b +c )=0 then we have a + b = -c or a + c = - b or b + c = - a .
Geometrically it means the three vectors forms the sides of a closed triangle ABC like AB , BC and CA.
