No, sachet data recharge wont replace ur base plan.

Sachet packs are only there for use if ur daily data is over and u want to use extra data.

Sachet packs only works if there is any working active base plan.Incase u dont have an active plan, u will not be able to buy sachet packs.
And they are also very costly compared to base plans.
