No! The scientific method can only prove events that repeat themselves by patterns somehow, take human diseases, economic crises or the weather. These events are non-deterministic, complex and chaotic enough. Singular events like a creator, creation, 10 commandments for Moses at Mount Sinai, resurrection of Jesus, Muhammad 's Al-Buraq and so forth , can only be accepted by faith alone. The supra-rational or supernatural is not in the methodical realm of human science although G-d is the supreme scientist. We can, maybe, achieve an union of faith and knowledge, where ethics and rationality merge by higher inspiration.
