No. Interpretations of complex entities like people are necessarily reductive, and thus cannot be fully accurate even when having accurate pieces. Even then. Worse, perception itself is filtered automatically by conditioning and ideas, so even our intake of information is typically flawed (and of course already a reduction also).
In short, we should not think we can accurately evaluate people or even fully know them. That would take omniscience. We should thus follow the rules of thumb this all implies, as taught by the great teacher Jesus of Nazareth. Probably not, because we all experience our own social reality through our individual subjectivity.
