can some one answer my question ?

why sugar or salt dissolve in water but why not in oil ?

water is polar solvent but oil is a organic solvent

Because sugar and salt are soluble substance
and oil is insoluble substance .....I think this only but if u don't want this answer so u can look at the pic I send
