Step-by-step explanation:

by taking LCM on both sides we get,

X+4/3=8x-2/3-(6x-x-1/3)

here now,

x+4=(8x-2)-(5x-1)

here, 3 are cancelled as 3 is commomn denominator in  both RHS and LHS,so now,

x+4=8x-2-5x+1

x+4=3x-1

x-3x=-1-4

-2x=-5

2x=5

x=5/2
