14th question: Divide the polynomial by its factor. Factorize the quotient and you will get two zeroes. One zero will be 5^1/2 as we get on dealing with the factor.
16th questions: Divide the degree 4 polynomial by degree 2 polynomial. Add the remainder to the degree 4 polynomial to get your desired polynomial.
17th question: There is not much in it. divide the polynomial by the divisor and get the remainder and quotient . then prove that the polynomial is equal to divisor into quotient plus remainder
