Since both are acids both give the same result during litmus test

No, HCl is more stronger than acetic acid since its colour is res whereas for CH₃COOH it shows a yellow colour, that is less pH

1. Comparing the pH.
pH comparison cannot be done using Litmus paper. Although both can detect whether the samples are acids or bases, it can't predict the pH. Using the Universal Indicator, we'll get the following outcomes:
pH of Acetic Acid = 3-4 pH (Orange-Yellow color)
pH of Hydrochloric Acid = 0-2 pH (Red color)
2. Yes, Both are acids clearly.
3.No, the concentration of H3O+ ions in equal mount of both acids is is not the same and hence they have different pH, showing different levels of strength.
Hope this would have helped you, but such type of questions are not objective from Exam perspective and are to be conducted in Lab (with experiments). Kindly ask your teacher, complain about it or change your school else you'll also become a rote learner like 99.99% students of India. Thanks.
