x + 106° = 180° (interior angles on the same of tranversal are supplementary)
x = 180° - 106°
x = 74°
106° + 2y = 180°(angle sum property)
2y = 180° - 106°
2y = 74°
y = 74°/2
y = 37
4z + 6° = Q (Coresponding angles)
Q + x = 180° ( linear pair)
Q + 74° = 180°
Q = 180° - 74°
Q = 106°
4z + 6° = Q
4z + 6° = 106°
4z = 106° - 6°
4z = 100°
z = 100/4
z = 25
in second figure
2x + 90° + x = 180°(linear pair)
3x + 90° = 180°
3x = 180° - 90°
3x = 90°
x = 90°/ 3
x = 30
2y = x (alternative angles)
2y = 30
y = 30/2
y = 15
2y + z = 180°(linear pair)
2(15) + z = 180°
30 + z = 180°
z = 180° - 30
z = 150°
