Can someone explain dark reaction.Does dark reaction take place in night.

dark reaction is also called as the light independent reaction. this does nt mean that it happens only in the absence of light.. It takes place even when light is available.. in this reaction, The H from NADPH reacts with co2 to form c6h12o6.ribulose 1-5 bisphate is the intermediatory component...
