Non uniform acceleration is the velocity of increasing by unequal amount in equal intervals of time. It means that the acceleration is not constant

When the speed of a body changes in a irrigular manner. That is not the acceleration that produces on the body is non uniform. In non uniform acceleration the velocity if a particular body get changes in unequal amount and in UN equal interval of time.
