Can someone explain me standard form I don't know what the scene of decimal in it having two problems please help me out there are: 3,18,6500000 and its answer is 3.1865×10000×10000= 3.1865×10'9 but don't understand the fact behind decimal plz help

Standard form means A multiply 10 to the power N
Where A =greater than 0 and smaller than 10
And N=frequency of 10
