Can someone explain me the good effects of doing sums while listening to music? Are there any bad effects also?

There are variety of musics some relaxed our mind and this leaves a good effect and there are some musics that disturbs us so much and diverts our mind so much. Hopes you understand.

If you solve maths problems while listening to music it will improve your maths skills and skills of doing mental maths .
And as per my experience it is bad only when you start concentrating on music only.
