You can see that look like a pyramid or a type of triangle . In this the first number is 1 . And 1 number continues , so in the last row the first number is 1 and the last number is also 1.

In the second row 1 is written right hand side and left hand side. Now come to the 3rd row there are 3 numbers 1,2,1. Under this continues 1,2,3,4,5,6 and _ . So the dash number is 7 and then the second last number of last row is also 7.

So only 4 numbers are left .

Now,

if you see in the second row 1 is written two times . And if you see below it you will see that 2 is written and everyone knows that 1+1= 2. So in the third row 1 will continue in both the side but 2 comes between the the row .

Now , come to the third row there you will also see that 1 is continuous both the corners but 3 comes between them

. i.e 1 3 3 1.

In the fourth row as always 1 continuous in both the side part 4,6,4 also enters in the fourth row.

if you see in the third row 1,3,3,1 is written so 3+1= 4 , so 4 is written below it . And after this 3+3=6 so vi is also written in the fourth row . After this again if you add the remaining number . i.e 3 and 1 it is also equal to 4.
