Explanation:
whenever water vapour in atmospheric air comes in contact with the glass containing cold ice water, the water vapour rejects latent heat of condensation to the ice water (since ice water temperature is less than atmospheric air heat will flow from atmospheric air to cold ice water),
hence the water vapour comes to the liquid water form.
hence we see water droplets on cold ice water
