The net force acting on the block is zero as it is travelling with constant velocity.

so the frictional force acting on the block is equal and opposite to the gravitaional force acting on the block.

the gravitational force would be mg(sin30)

where m is mass and g is acceleration due to gravity.

friction force is given by the product of cofficient of dynamics friction and normal force acting on the would be mg(cos30)

then,
cofficient of dynamic friction is given by

mgsin30/ mg cos30

= tan30

1/√3
