By the given question   Sin^-1(x)+Sin^-1(y)+Sin^-1(z)=\frac{3\pi }{2}

we know that  Sin^-1  functions range lies from  [\frac{-\pi }{2} ,\frac{\pi }{2} ]

Therefore the Maximum value of each Sin^-1 function is  \frac{\pi }{2}

then to satisfy the given question;      Sin^-1(x)=Sin^-1(y)=Sin^-1(z)=\frac{\pi }{2}

If the value of   Sin^-1(x)=\frac{\pi }{2} then the value of x=1

therefore  x=y=z=1

this implies (x+y+z)^2=(1+1+1)^2=3^2=9

Therefore our final answer is 9
