( the angles are not clear in the pic, if it is not 80 then substitute the value given in the pic and solve as the following)

angle 3 = 180- 80 (since they form linear angles)

= 100 degree

now since it is a parallelogram its opposite angles are equal.

therefore angle 2 is also 100 degree

Now adjacent angles are supplementary

hence angle 1 is 80 degree

and that applies for angles 4 too which is

80 degree.

Angle 1 = 80 degree = angle 4

Angle 2 = 100 degree = angle 3
