Can someone please explain me the Higgs field and the occurrence of it?

Higgs field states that energy exist at each point of universe and fundamental particle of higgs field is know as higgs boson.
Particles in higgs field continuously interact with other particles.
Higgs field contains the relative mass in the form and energy and therefore mass is imparted to the particle.

This theory Basically tells us the fundamental particles of the universe have mass.
