Can someone please help me? I'm not quite sure how to solve after plugging the values in.

Q = (m)(c)(Delta T)
m=0.20 kg
c=4186 J/(kg*c)
Delta T= 56 degrees C

Q= (0.20 kg)(4186 J/kg*c)(56 degrees C)

Answer:

Q = 0.20 × 4186 × 56

Q = 20/100 × 4186 × 56

Q = 83720 × 56/100

Q = 8372 × 56/10

Q = 46,88,320/10 = 4,68,832 J

Q = 468.8 KJ
