Answer:

(i) the area 153.94 cm^2

(ii) the perimeter is 87.94 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

perimeter of 1st small circle= 2πr/2=πr

r= 7 cm

perimeter= πr= π*7

= 21.98 cm

perimeter of 2nd small circle= 2πr/2=πr

r= 7 cm

perimeter= πr= π*7

= 21.98 cm

perimeter of big circle= 2πr/2=πr

r= 14 m

perimeter= πr= π*14

= 43.96 cm

total perimeter= 21.98+21.98+43.96= 87.94 cm

area of 1st small circle= πr^2/2

r=7 cm

area= πr^2/2

=π*7^2/2

= π*49/2

= 76.96 cm^2

area of 2nd small circle= πr^2/2

r=7 cm

area= πr^2/2

=π*7^2/2

= π*49/2

= 76.96 cm^2

area of big circle= πr^2/2

r=14 cm

area= πr^2/2

=π*14^2/2

= π*196/2

= 307.86 cm^2

total area= 307.86-76.96-76.96 cm^2

= 153.94 cm^2
