Assuming you know basic trigonometry,

In ∆ MLK

tan30= 1/√3 = ML/ 6√2

Then, use Pythagoras in MLK to find MK bcoz now you have both ML and MK= 4√6

In ∆MNK

MN = hypotenuse

Therefore, Sin45 = MK/MN = 1/√2 = 4√6/MN

Now solve further

P.S. without trigonometry it can't be solved. I mean, only Pythagoras won't work
