1) By viewing the circuit diagram, we can conclude that they are connected in parallel.

We know, in a parallel connection, voltage is constant and current is the variable. So, even if any bulb gets damaged, as they are in parallel connection, the rest two bulbs won’t gets affected.

2) There are many reasons for the fusing of bulb. One of the reason for the bulb to get fused is when current flow is exeeded.

If the bulb require 3A of current, if 5A current flows through it accidently, the bulb gets fused. Inorder to protect this, we used fuse of appropriate rating.

3) Getting fused means that there is no flow of current.

We know, ammeter is a device used to measure the electric current. If there is noflow of current, the ammeter reading will be zero. Since the bulb B2 is fused, the ammeter won’t show its reading.

4) To find Power

Given,

I (when all bulbs glow together) = 3A

V= 4.5 v

We know, P=VI

= 4.5 x 3

=13.5

So, Power is 13.5 W
