1st divide the figure into 2 rectangles.
1st rectangle:
Length= 27- 9
=18 cm
Breadth= 10cm
Area= l*b
=18*10
180 cm²
2nd triangle:
Length= 9cm
Breadth= 24cm
Area= l*b
= 9*24
=216 cm²
Total Area= 180+216
= 396 cm²
