Get two small plants, one with wide leaves and one with narrow leaves. Water the plants until water comes out of the bottom of the pot. If the plants are really dry when you start, water them thoroughly and wait for few minutes then water them again. Now the water has soaked in and the pot is full of water like a squishy sponge.

2.Yes, the transpiration of the plant doesn't takes place, because the plastic acts as a shield. So water droplets will be in the plastic bag.

3.Different types of plants lose different amounts of water because the leaves of all the plants are not same and the number of stomata varies from plant to plant. So there will be a difference in transpiration.

4.When petroleum jelly is applied on the leaves, the,the transpiration and photosynthesis doesn't take place because the jelly is so dense that it covers all the pores present in the leaf.

5.In Warmer room temperature the transpiration will be because of the heat.
