The Han Dynasty was one of the longest of China’s major dynasties.It is considered as the golden age of Chinese history. It lasted for a period of four centuries.Han dynasty was started by Liu Bang, in 206 B.C., the first Chinese emperor who was a commoner,a common man.During this time period the various emperors made innovations and changes to last forever.The military commanded by the rulers expanded to near by regions which helped economic growth and prosperity . The Han dynasty had a very powerful and strong army and this powerful army helped the rulers in expansion of their kingdom.Trade prospered in this time .The opening of the silk road was most important economic achievement of the dynasty. The rulers were far advanced and very diplomatic .They had very friendly relations with their neighbors. The advanced thoughts and beliefs of these rulers helped C hina in her overall development and later emerge as one of the super powers of the world.
