Can someone tell me how do i remember things? Like the formulas and definations cause i seem to understand everything and even learn them properly but as soon as it comes to the point of writing the answer in the exam it seems to fade away this is one of my reasons why i hate studies and school ofc.
Pls help if you can

P.S.: I JUST RANDOMLY marked this question of mine in the sociology subject no idea why but wateva. Pls recommend smth.
(I'm asking rhis 'cause I have my mid terms starting soon so need to do well. and mind you my "need to do well" is the same as not failing atleast getting passing marks.)

Answer:

Use the Feynman Technique

Explanation:

In this technique, you read the topic, then try to explain it to an imaginary (or real) child, in the simplest way possible. If you can't explain something, then you don't understand it. Work on filling the gaps in your understanding then try to explain again.

Answer:

I am just telling the things that I do. That is at first I learn them properly and write them down in my notebook. This helps me to remember the things. If that doesn't work then you may try to fix a time in which you have to finish the work as in the exam, according to the type of questions or marks alloted. But after that, when you revise it again, you take less time to complete the same amount of work than the time taken in the previous day. This helps you to increase your speed and also may help you to overcome your nervousness which may be because of the timing of the exam and in that approximate time you need to finish answering the questions. After that in some cases you can frame the answers by yourself by marking the vital points from the original one according to what the teachers and the questions want. But it depends on the teacher that he or she may allow it or not, whatever. Then that random marking of questions in the exam may due to nervousness so don't be nervous and keep calm during the exams. This also happens to me, so this not being nervous might help you too. And you can mark the answers that you know at the first then you can think about the other questions and answer them in time obviously.

Hope this helps you...... and All the Best for your exam.
