Can someone tell me that if the direction of electric field is from positive potential to negative potential then why does the charges flown in it are from negative to positive direction? ​

Flow of charges(electrons) constitute electric current. Electrons are negatively charged particles and they will be attracted by the positive charges(opposite attracts). Hence electrons or charge flows from negative to positive. However, the conventional direction of current is taken as opposite to the direction of flow of electrons. that is from positive(higher potential) to negative(lower potential)
