You've spammed in someone's inbox and you've blocked that person or that person blocked you. Correct me if I'm wrong. If I am, let's discuss in the comment section.
Coming to the answer, to unblock the person, you'll have to use the brainly.in site. Search for that person and try to message him or her. You'll end up with a blueish tab on the bottom of the screen which will further help you.
And if you are blocked, there's no other way than commenting on his or her answer /questions. Don't do it much as it won't look nice. And... If you're lucky enough, writing all those apologies in you're status may help you too XD!
