pankusahu: never, speed doesn't depend on its direction,and it is not a vector, so it can't be negative

no, because if it is negative the the object is not being in motion also speed is a scaler Quantitie.

No. Speed of an object can never be negative because the quantities from which is the quantity speed is derived ( i.e, distance and time ) cannot be negative.
