Can strong electricity interfere with gravity

Yes it is. Electrons have a mass of 1/1836 of a proton or neutron's mass and any mass is affected by gravity. However gravity is the weakest of the four fundamental forces of the universe and is dominated easily by electrostatic attraction at such a small scale. Possibly yes, but only a very tiny effect.
