Hey

Yes,the average velocity of a body can be zero. *If a body starts its motion from a point and comes back to the same point after some time, the displacement is zero. So the average velocity is also zero. *After on round in a circular path the average velocity is zero.

yes, the average velocity of a moving body can be zero.
let us take an example, suppose, if a body moves from a point and come back to the same point after covering some distance then the displacement of the body is zero. so the velocity of the body is also zero.
because we know that
velocity = displacement / time
