1) yes the average velocity of a particle can be equal to the average speed of the particle.

REASON -
________

the velocity and speed of the body depends on the displacement and distance of the particle respectively.

when the distance and displacement is same and the time interval for both the body is same, the average velocity and average speed is same.

==================================================

2) the physical quantity measured by the area under velocity time graph is displacement.

displacement = velocity x time.

so the area under the v-t graph gives the displacement.

and the slope of the v-t graph gives acceleration .

=================================================

3) yes a body can have constant speed and still be accelerating

when a body moves in a circular path in a uniform speed, its motion is said to be uniform accelerated motion because the body change direction at every instant although its speed is constant.

=================================================

4) radius = r

displacement is the shortest distance between the initial and final point.

here displacement = diameter of circle.

therefore ,

displacement = 2r
