yes that's in some sense correct dependents on what you observe or a frame of reference observe forex you are in earth sitting in your home you would think that you are in rest as you will see your surroundings but actually you are in motion if any reference frame will observe you from space because earth is moving around the sun and our sun is also moving while dragging whole solar system around an super massive black hole at the center of our galaxy and our galaxy is also too rotating and moving towards our nebiour galaxy andromeda and our whole universe is in motion.
so as there is none reference point or frame which is absolute so we can't say that there is such thing like absolute rest and as there is no absolute rest possible than according to me how can we surely say that there motion
