According to me H2O can not be written as O-H-O bcoz in water 2 Hydrogen n only 1 Oxygen is present.

No absolutely it is wrong become there is 2 Hydrogen molecules and 1 Oxygen molecule.H-O-H will be the right bond formed between them.
