can the dispersion of light take place through a glass slab instead of a prism.?

No despersion of light can only take place in the prism.. Glass slab can only reflect the light there is no despersion of light..

in reflection there is change in direction of light rays ....but glass slb only deviates the oath of light rays it doesnt changes the direction

No because dispersion. takes place in prism only but not glass slab. I glass slab refraction will take place
