Distance can't be negative

Because distance is a scalar quantity
It has only magnitude and no direction
Hence It is always positive.

Hope this helps.

NO, NEVER.

Distance can never be negative.
Distance is the measure of lenght between two points. How can it be negative?
It cannot be.

Prashant24IITBHU: retardation is not distance. It is negative acceleration. And yes acceleration can be negative.
Prashant24IITBHU: koi baat nahi...tumhari jagah main bhi hota to shayad aise hi react karta.
