Can the following groups of elements be classified as Dobereiner's triad. (a)Na,Si,Cl. (b)Be,Mg,ca. Explain.

(Atomic masses: Be - 9 ;  Na - 23 ;  Mg - 24 ;  Si - 28;  Cl - 35.5;  Ca - 40)

first one no because even tho avg of atomic masses of the top and bottom elements  is equal to  approx masss of middle element their chemical properties not similar

second one yes because  all have similar chemical propeties and masses are also falling into property
