LCM of a group of numbers can be equivalent to the highest given number.

  • As LCM is the least common multiple of all the numbers of a given set, given that the other numbers of a group are the factors of the highest number.
  • But, the LCM can never be less than the given numbers.
  • For example:
  • The factors of 2 are: 1, 2
  • The factors of 4 are: 1, 2, 4
  • The factors of 8 are: 1, 2, 4, 8
  • LCM = 8
